EDUCATION & RESEARCH
I work with schools, universities, colleges, arts organisations and community partners to develop learning opportunities that combine contemporary visual arts with critical thinking, collaboration and lived experience. My work includes guest lecturing, workshop facilitation, artist talks and practical training in arts faciitation. I enjoy creating learning environments that are accessible, engaging and responsive to the people in the room, encouraging participants to think creatively, question established ideas and develop confidence in their own practice.
Alongside teaching, I collaborate on research projects that use creative methods to investigate social, cultural and community issues. My interest lies in visual and participatory research, where making, observation and dialogue become ways of generating knowledge that might not emerge through traditional research methods alone. Whether contributing to an academic project, supporting organisational research or leading community based enquiry, I work collaboratively to ensure the research process is ethical, inclusive and meaningful for everyone involved.
